xombiedirge: Godzilla Mural at Toho Studios by Masao Hanawa Toho Co. unveiled a 14 X 17 metre tall, hand painted mural of Godzilla on the side of the studio Headquarters today to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the King of the Monsters.. Akira Takarada, star of the original Godzilla film released in 1954, and Gareth Edwards, director of the latest film, attended the unveiling ceremony in Tokyo’s Setagaya Ward.
